Question 1: Is it obligatory to make an appointment with the Bulgarian Consulate for tourist visa
applications in Bulgaria?
Answer 1: It isn't necessary to make an appointment for a visa application. You can deliver your
documents personally to our office between 08.30-18.00 on Saturdays and 10.00-14.00 on Saturdays,
you can send or cargo with someone else.

Question 2: Can I apply for a Bulgarian visa without having to personally apply for a visa?
Answer 2: You can apply for a Bulgaria visa without coming personally. As an authorized institution, it
is our responsibility to make, follow and finalize your visa application.

Question 3: Is it obligatory to submit a fingerprint in Bulgaria visa procedures?

Answer 14: Those who are married to a Bulgarian citizen should obtain a Bulgarian Marriage
Certificate by introducing their marriage in Bulgaria. By submitting this document for a visa
application, they can obtain their visas as multiple entries for a period of one year.
 
Question 15: How to get a long-term tourist visa in Bulgaria?
Answer 15: The tourist visa for Bulgaria is always single entry and maximum stay of 15 days can be
requested.
 
Question 16: What should be done to obtain a multi-entry Bulgaria visa?

Answer 16: In order to obtain a multi-entry Bulgaria visa, the purpose of your travel is should be
commercial and you need some documents showing the commercial relations between the
companies should be submitted. The first commercial visa is issued with a single entry for 30 days.
Multiple entries may be requested in subsequent applications. In the case of first degree kinship, an
invitation from Bulgaria may be requested and a multi-entry visa may be requested.

Question 17: What should be considered when entering Bulgaria?

Answer 20: In visa applications, it isn't necessary to show a document about the vehicle; however,
the vehicle documents at the border and your green insurance must be available to see to the
officer.
 
Question 21: We will travel with our children under the age of 18. Do both parents need consent?
Answer 21: For underage children, even if traveling with both parents, there must be a consent
document.
 
Question 22: I just quit my job, will my company documents can be valid to apply for a visa
application?
Answer 22: It isn't compulsory to submit business documents for tourist visa applications in Bulgaria.
Only required for commercial trips.
Question 23: I just got a new job and my work documents are incomplete. Will my apllication accept?
Answer 23: Starting a new job does not adversely affect Bulgaria's visa application.
 
Question 24: What can I do if I cannot complete some visa documents?

Answer 24: You can get information from our customer representatives for alternative documents
depending on what your missing documents are.
 
Question 25: My father and I will travel to Bulgaria, can there be more than one name in the
invitation? Can an invitation be sent on behalf of both of us?
Answer 25: There may be more than one name in the same invitation, but they must apply for a visa
together.
Question 26: Can third parties get my passport?
Answer 26: Your passport can be delivered to third parties.
 
Question 27: I lost my passport with a valid Bulgarian visa, will my visa continue to be valid?
